Job Details

Together with its partners, Birmingham Children’s Trust is developing a multi-agency Contextual Safeguarding Hub and integrated area teams. To help with this new development, we are seeking an experienced leader who will help develop and lead this new service. You will work with partners to develop an evidence based approach to working with and supporting young people who may be at risk of harm beyond their families. You will need to have a professional social work or relevant equivalent qualification and experience of service development.

We are looking for great people to strengthen our leadership, people with ambition that matches ours, to join us at this exciting moment, to be part of the Trust’s improvement journey and help take us to the next level. The challenges are big but the opportunities are great! In return we offer up to 34 days annual leave, a final salary pension and a range of employee benefits which we will be developing further.
