We are looking for a hardworking, versatile and dedicated Deputy Head Teacher to join our motivated school team to continue to ensure our pupils achieve the very best that they can. We are looking for an excellent learning and teaching practitioner who is committed to improving education throughout, with specific expertise in the Early Years. The role will include a teaching timetable and coaching/ mentoring staff at all stages of their career. It will also require working with staff from other schools and central BDMAT staff. You would be working as part of a well-established leadership team who are highly functional and driven. Having just achieved ‘Good with strong evidence of improved performance’ in our February 2019 Ofsted, we are now on our journey towards achieving an Outstanding in our next Section 5 inspection within the next 2 years.
