Full Time Personal Assistant to Chief Executive of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner

Salary: £22,668 to £24,759

Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Location: Warwick

Closing date: 12 noon Friday 3rd May 2019

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (OPCC) is looking for someone with excellent organisational and communications skills to join its small but busy team as a Personal Assistant.

This is an interesting and varied post providing secretarial support to the Chief Executive, together with a range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth-running of the OPCC.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of all aspects of personal assistant work, including arranging and supporting meetings, note-taking, preparing and editing documents and presentations and complex diary and e-mail management.

You will need to be personable, with excellent organisational and communication skills and able to work as part of a close-knit team.  You must also be able to prioritise workloads in a busy environment, often working to tight deadlines.
