Casual Cleaners - Ref RT61719
Salary G2 £9.09 per hour
Casual Cleaners are required to cover premises across the Walsall Borough to ensure the required standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained within our schools and outlying buildings.
If you are available to work early morning 6.00 a.m. - 8.00 a.m. or afternoons from 3.30 p.m. onwards we would like to hear from you. Casual cleaning work is always available in Schools, Libraries, Council Offices and Community Centres, etc. in the following areas:
Aldridge
Bloxwich
Brownhills
Caldmore
Chuckery
Darlaston
Delves
Pleck
Palfrey
Pelsall
Streetly
Walsall Town Centre
Walsall Wood
Willenhall
You do not have to be available 5 days per week as a Casual Cleaner but you should specify the days you are available. Uniforms/training provided. You will be required to undertake cleaning duties including mopping, polishing and vacuuming and some experience in this type of work is desirable.
Please note: The casual cleaner position is of a non-contractual basis and work will be allocated on an as and when needed basis to cover annual leave, sick leave and holiday deep cleaning. Therefore, hours are not guaranteed. Should a permanent position arise, successful applicants for this post will be considered.
