Fixed Term Cover Supervisor
(September 2019 – July 2020)
Grade 5
32.5 hours term time only (starting salary £16,950)
We are looking to recruit an efficient and motivated Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher; this will include the implementation of work programmes, the management of student behaviour and assistance to students in various areas of the curriculum. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding supervision practices.
We are looking for a person to join us who will:
● Supervise work set by teaching staff
● Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
● Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.
