Teenager 2 Adult Care is a semi-independent accommodation provider based in the Dudley area. We can accommodate up to 8 young people between the age of 16-18 years and provide 24/7 support daily to residents. We provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable and troubled young people with emotional/behavioural difficulties.  Young people placed with us have often been marginalised and conventional services have struggled to meet their complex risks and needs.

Teenager 2 Adult Care is committed to staff support, development, and training. All members of staff are provided with a structured induction, regular supervision and are expected to make an active effort to develop their personal skills and knowledge. Mandatory training is provided in line with The with Supported Accommodation Framework Guidance and Standards and includes Safeguarding; Food Hygiene; First Aid; Fire Awareness and Safety and Care of Medicines, PREVENT, Mental Health, CSE/trafficking of human etc. NB: There is also a specific core training program for Supervisors. 

Teenager 2 Adult Care is currently seeking to employ:

  • 1 x Senior Support Worker/Supervisor – to include 2 night working shifts per week, daytime and evening and weekend work. 

All Senior Support staff must have, the level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce or a relevant equivalent qualification. They must also have a minimum of 12 months direct experience of working with a young person.
