£14,670 - £15,444 per annum

32.5 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract

Term time plus one week

The Linden Mini School is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, confident and resilient Administration & Data Officer to join their team of specialist staff. The Linden Mini School is a small school with a team of seven staff, it is a bespoke provision for eight Primary pupils SEMH who are presenting challenging behaviours which are preventing them from settling effectively into learning and making academic, behaviour and personal progress.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to improving outcomes for these children and supporting families and other professionals. The person will be the face and voice of The Linden Mini School, providing administration, resource support, data support and pupil welfare support including a focus on excellent pupil attendance. Communication with external agencies and other stakeholders, including managing challenging conversations with parents is a very important part of the role along with a coordination of other elements of the day to day calendar events and strategic data management. Experience in working with data is desirable.

  • Ability to maintain written records of initial assessments and other relevant records.
  • Ability to present data in different formats.
  • Excellent ICT skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Confident when working with and managing children and young people.
  • Self directed and well organised with the ability to effectively manage time and workload to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work constructively as part of a team and establish productive working relationships with others.
  • Good timekeeper, reliable and punctual.
