Chief Executive Officer

Start date: From September 2019 or by negotiation

Contract type: Full Time – with possible flexibility for the appropriate candidate

Salary: circa £85k dependent upon calibre of successful candidate

A base at a ULT school with the option to work from home

Uttoxeter Learning Trust is currently comprised of 8 academies (including a teaching school and an associate member) with plans for expansion of up to 20 schools across the area over the next 5 years. The ULT includes First, Middle and High Schools, several of which are small, rural schools (including Church of England).  The ULT forms a 3-18 all-through educational family, supporting each other to provide excellent teaching and learning, outstanding extra-curricular activities, excellent progress and attainment, and a friendly, safe and caring educational environment.

You will have the experience, vision, ambition and skills to grow a high quality, financially sustainable MAT centred on providing a seamless high quality educational journey for our young people.
