Job Details
We currently have a vacancy for an apprentice to support the teams within the Revenues and Benefits Service. The tasks will include:
Customer service, assisting customers with the completion of forms by telephone, requesting further information from customers. maintaining accurate case records and undertaking follow up work where necessary, producing reports to assist in the monitoring of work within the service, carrying out routine daily / weekly tasks to assist with the efficient running of IT systems, general admin duties
You will have, good numeracy and IT skills , communication skills to enable you to interact with colleagues and customers, organisational skills, an eye for detail and an ability to analyse data and the ability and willingness to learn, adapt and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience in Housing Benefits as you will receive training from our in-house training and learn on the job from experienced staff.

Working Hours: 37.0 Hours per Week
