Job Details
We have two vacancies at Team Manager level in Initial Response Team North Warwickshire and Initial Response Team East. We are looking for dynamic leaders to become part of the management group within the Initial Response Service. We welcome applications from managers looking for a new challenge, or a experienced practitioner that is ready for the step up into a manager role.
The role will be supported by experienced Operations Managers. The Team Manager role will be to ensure that where a Single Assessment has been identified that Warwickshire children are seen in a timely way and that children and families receive the right support , at the right time. Managers will oversee children and families that require a statutory service and will ensure that children are safe and that meaningful plans are developed with families. Warwickshire is in an exciting place to work as we introduce Restorative Practice and implement Theory of Change.
