We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work as a clerical assistant based at Mary Howard CE (C) Primary School.  In order to enable training and ease transition into the post, the successful applicant will be required to start on Monday 24th June, or as soon as possible thereafter.

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking routine administration tasks, including operating a friendly, welcoming reception, assisting with pupil welfare, providing clerical support for staff, maintaining pupil data (both computerized and hard copies) as well as completing more complex typing and IT based tasks (full details are attached).

We are looking for someone with previous admin experience, preferably working with children. The job will involve assisting with before and after school clubs. We are a very friendly staff and seek someone committed to working with us as part of our team in this lovely rural school.

Mary Howard CE School forms a federation with St Andrew’s CE School and the successful applicant is expected to work across both sites.
