Job Details
The Brewhouse is a vibrant arts centre in the heart of Burton Upon Trent. We aim to present an exciting, jam-packed programme of amazing performances, activities and events that is engaging to audiences of all ages. We also work with a range of professional artists and organisations to develop innovative and original projects and workshops that promote the learning of new skills through imagination, creativity and enjoyment.

To provide a welcoming and inviting atmosphere as the first point of customer contact at The Brewhouse and to ensure the comfort and safety of the audience/visitors to The Brewhouse
You must be able to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends.
You will be responsible for the security of the building and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Demonstrating a keen interest in the Arts, you will have an outgoing personality and be able to deal effectively and diplomatically with clients and customers. You must be adaptable with the confidence to address various situations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in administration, an effective telephone and reception manner with the ability to deal with queries as well as cash handling experience.
Knowledge of IT skills and receptive to learning the Brewhouse computerised Box Office system.
A knowledge of First Aid at Work would be an advantage.
