An opportunity has arisen for a new EAL Coach to join our existing team that provides in class support and withdrawal for students who are newly arrived into the country and/or have language support requirements.

Holly Lodge is a mixed 11-19 school. Currently it has over 1480 students on roll, and is full at Key Stage 3 due to improvements that the school has successfully made.  

We are a thriving and exciting school, which has made significant progress in recent years. The school was described by OFSTED as a ‘Good’ school, fully committed to creating a culture of continuous school improvement, in the last inspection in February 2017.  

Applicants should preferably have experience of working with young people in a secondary school and have multi-lingual skills.
