We have a new opportunity for an Intervention Worker based at our Birmingham Supporting People service.

Your role will be to establish and manage a positive and ongoing supportive relationship with a caseload of people. You will deliver an intensive pre and post-employment focussed offer, addressing barriers to work and supporting people into sustainable employment or training. You will need to maintain meticulous client records and gather monitoring information.

You will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with partners and other agencies in order to provide effective holistic support and deliver a joined-up service to support people into employment education or training.
