The Academy
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of the team at a brand-new Academy. West Bromwich Collegiate Academy will be opening with 175 students in September 2019. We believe:

The postholder will:
Provide management of the catering facilities within the Academy to provide students, staff and visitors with value for money meals of a high standard.
Create a new and varied menu which will enhance and the lunchtime experience of all our students.
Providing catering to support Extended School activities, Academy events and meetings.
To strive for the continual improvement of the quality of food and service.
To ensure compliance with the requirements of food hygiene regulations, Health and Safety, COSH regulations and risk management.
Applicants must have experience of working in a high volume catering environment managing a team of staff.
