Cleaner - Brickhouse Primary School

To start as soon as possible.

Brickhouse Primary School requires a reliable cleaner to join our friendly team, to provide an efficient and effective flexible service to our school. Cleaning experience and a knowledge of COSHH regulations would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be given.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator and able to organise their workload, along with the ability to use their initiative, be proactive, adaptable, conscientious and a good team player.

The job will involve cleaning the school building and the successful candidate will be responsible to the Headteacher, via the Site Manager.

The successful candidate will also need to be available to cover the sickness absence of their colleagues should the need arise.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role

Hours:  8.75 hours per week (1.75 hours per day) - 52 weeks. Part Time / Permanent

Working Day: 6.00am - 7.45am

Salary:  Band A, Range 1-2 (£17,364 - £17,711)  pro rata, per annum.  This is the full time salary and will be adjusted to hours/weeks worked.
