We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate candidates to join our Dementia Care team at Eric Williams House.

Eric Williams House is a residential home for people with Dementia with both long and short term beds 

The Role

Working shifts, the successful candidate will be committed to delivering high standards of care to our residents and ensure decisions around service delivery provides the best possible outcomes for residents. This is an excellent opportunity to be working within a highly respected service embracing the ‘Butterfly homes model’

We are seeking someone who is passionate about promoting the health and well being of all residents, positive and ready for the occasional challenge whilst having an interest in the latest research in dementia care.

You’ll need

Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience of working with people with Dementia. Training will be available in all areas and this is a great development opportunity.

A range of shifts will be available covering early and late shifts during the week and at the weekend. 


Working Hours:  Casual
