You’ll need:

•  Awareness of and commitment to the principles of customer care.
• Experience in retail sales environment, and working in a busy front of house environment
• Knowledge of general clerical and administration procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in order to deal with the general public, other employees, internal departments and other organisations face to face, on the telephone, on the radio paging system and via e-mail communication.

 Special requirements

• This post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.  A Criminal Record Disclosure will be required prior to appointment.
• Willing and able to work on bank holidays, weekends and for special events.
