The Role

An opportunity has arisen within Stockingford Primary for the post of Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of the Administration Team and will be based in the front office. The school is current working towards converting to Academy status from the 01st September 2019 and will be joining an established Multi academy Trust.

Key Requirements

The successful applicant should be highly organised, able to prioritise, have good communication and ICT skills and a background of financial administration. 

Ideally you should have experience of working in a School setting and a working knowledge of Sims.Net and FMS6 would be desirable. However, we will look at transferable skills to attract the right candidate. In addition to general administration tasks other aspects of this role will include accounts payable such as raising and inputting orders and payment of invoices. There will be a strong focus on Customer Service and the post holder will be first point of contact for visitors, children and staff and for answering telephone calls.
