Job Details

On Track is Rugby Borough Council’s social inclusion project which delivers services for young people across the borough.  Currently the project provides mentoring, alternative education programmes, Planning and Preparation Assessment (PPA), Sports Leaders & ASDAN short course training, multi sports and recreational (Youth Club) sessions.

The On Track Project is looking for committed and motivated workers to join their team of Leaders. As a Leader you will need to specialise in one or more of the following areas and hold the relevant qualification to support your experience; Mentoring NVQ 3, Youth Work ABC/NVQ 2, Care work NVQ 3 or Sports Coaching NGB Level 2.

Applicants must be able to work during school hours, evenings, weekends and school holidays, but flexibility exists within this.  You will need your own transport and the posts are subject to an enhanced disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service.

The successful candidates will be provided with set working hours but may be required to work additional hours at peak times. Opportunities exist for further training.
