Nursery Manager

37 hours per week

39 working week contract (term time plus one week)

(45.05 paid weeks)

NJC SO1 SCP 23 – 25 £26,999 - £28,785 per annum pro rata.

Term time pro rata salary £23,326 - £24,869 per annum.

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff in a growing Multi Academy Trust.

We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our happy, hardworking team at Grange Park.

Community Academies Trust is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.

The Nursery Manager will fulfill the role as a senior member of the team in partnership with the Foundation Stage Coordinators and other members of staff in the nursery. They will have proven expertise/experience in working with young children and have a sound understanding of how nursery children develop and learn.

They will need a sound understanding of current early years practice and also keep up to date with Early Years developments and initiatives and participate in continuing professional development in line with school and CAT policy and procedures.

Grange Park Primary School is part of the Community Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust with the express purpose of transforming schools in community Hubs, through applying a holistic view of education.
