Job Details
37 Hours per week – Permanent
To join a busy Commercial Property and Development Team in a forwarding thinking Local Authority Legal Team.
You will be a Solicitor, a Fellow of CILEX or a qualified Barrister. You will have a good technical knowledge and experience of giving advice in clear and appropriate language combined with an ability to obtain information and negotiate in an assertive but pleasant manner. You will also have strong organisational skills, an ability to prioritise and competently manage a full caseload, good customer care skills, a can do approach and be able to contribute effectively to the performance of the Conveyancing team.
An experienced planning and highways lawyer with a proven track record and knowledge of advising clients on the law relates to this specific area. The ability to negotiate and deliver agreements with developers and their advisers in tight timescales. To advise on enforcement and deal with the conduct of prosecutions, inquiries etc. and to deliver work for internal and external clients.
