General Youth Workers- ref EX01819
£8.72 per hour

Required Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday evenings & Saturday Mornings.

Selection of 3 hours per session available (Maximum 12 hrs available)

Other cover sessions available for staff sickness/ absent times.

We are looking to recruit several individuals who have experience of working with young people. Past experience of working in centre based, outreach and targeted youth programmes is preferred but not essential, training will be given. This post is subject to enhanced DBS check. 

Youth staff are involved in the service delivery and development for young people’s programmes from consultation, to working directly with young people aged 8 – 12 years (24 with LDD) to enable their personal development and social education by providing a range of positive activities. You must be able to deliver fun issue based activities, record and monitor the progress of young people and keep records. 

This contract will be to March 31^st 2020. These posts are joint funded by Youth Investment Fund and FFHCA.
