37 Hours per week – Permanent

The Cannock Chase AONB Partnership brings together local authorities, statutory agencies, non-government organisations and the local community to conserve and enhance this stunning part of Staffordshire.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled development officer to drive forward the Partnership’s activities. Your significant experience in the environment sector and understanding of the issues and opportunities for protected landscapes will enable you to lead development work for this beautiful area.  You will keep a strategic overview of the Partnership’s activities, develop programmes of activity to deliver the statutory AONB management plan and lead work on fund raising, visitor management, connecting with communities and businesses, communications and exploring the sustainability of the partnership.

With experience of partnership working, programme management and fundraising, your excellent interpersonal skills and organised, flexible and positive approach will help you meet the demands of this busy and exciting role.
