The Directors are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Engagement Lead to take up appointment from September 2019. The person appointed will deliver behaviour support across the school working as part of the pastoral and inclusion team.

 

We are looking for a passionate, caring and resilient ‘Behaviour Engagement Lead’ to work proactively with students with behavioural and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in a mainstream education setting. The successful applicant will have a patient and caring disposition with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and staff members.

 

St Thomas More Catholic Academy is an 11-18 mixed Catholic comprehensive school with 1047 students on roll which has an excellent reputation throughout the area. On 1 November 2013 St Thomas More together with four primary academies formed the All Saints' Catholic Collegiate (MAC).

 

The post is for 37 hours per week termtime + INSET (6 days).
