social worker - NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds)
The Complex Specialist Services team provides support to citizens of Birmingham who are experiencing complex circumstances such as having no recourse to public funds following their arrival into the UK.
You will have demonstrable social work experience and possess the ability to work positively as part of a team. You will be required to possess the ability to work and engage with internal and external stakeholders i.e. health, 3rd party charitable organisations, and include the home office. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to effectively carryout professional report writing. You will be expected to work within the confines of the social work legislation, and be expected to demonstrate the ability to produce good qualitative practitioner reports, together with managing you’re your time effectively. You will be expected to be responsible for your caseload, and the resilience to deliver under pressure within required time frames.
