37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Hereward is an exciting and innovative College with a reputation for high-quality provision that is responsive to the needs of our students. Based in Coventry, we specialise in providing excellent education and support to students with diverse and complex needs.
Hereward College provides DSA assessments at our main centre and a number of outreach centres in the Midlands. We provide assessments to students who are accessing support in Higher Education and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.
We are a passionate team, with significant experience in assessing support needs for students in Higher Education. We seek to ensure that every students’ experience is engaging and exciting and have a focus on helping individuals to get the most from their course and fulfil their potential.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced disability practitioner as our Assessment Centre Manager. You should hold a First degree or equivalent qualification and have experience of working in the DSA sector. Evidence of continuous professional development and proven expertise in the use of a wide range of assistive technologies and ICT is essential. The successful applicant will play a key role in leading, maintaining and developing our provision, ensuring that it delivers a high quality and needs-led service to students.
A level 2 qualification (GCSE Grade A – C) or equivalent in English and maths (or demonstration that you are operating at level 2 in both subjects) is essential.
