Job Details
Do you want to work full time (job share /part time would be considered) with a team of enthusiastic staff who deliver a high achieving apprenticeship programme?
Would you like to be involved in delivering class based and work based programmes that include:
- Business Administration at Levels 2, 3 and 4
- Leadership and Management qualifications at Level 3
- Customer Service qualifications Entry Level 3 through to Level 3
- Functional skills ICT Entry Level 3 through to Level 2
You will need:
- A Level 3 teaching qualification ie DTLS, Cert Ed or equivalent and willing to enrol on a level 4 teaching qualification within 6 months of employment (self funded)
- A Level 3 qualification in either Business Administration or Leadership and Management
- Maths and English qualifications at Level 2
- Experience of teaching Business Administration at various levels
- Experience of delivering Business Administration to apprentices, desirable but not essential
- Experience of teaching Leadership and Management, desirable but not essential
- Experience of teaching Functional Skills ICT, desirable but not essential

The Adult Education Service offers citywide programmes both accredited and non accredited, with a focus on improving the skills of Coventry and Warwickshire residents. Within accredited learning there is a substantial workplace programme that is continuing to grow to meet demand. The workplace programme includes apprenticeships and study programmes for young people, as well as bespoke training designed for individual employers. The work place team are enthusiastic and committed to delivering a quality service to all of our clients.
