We welcome NQSW and will support those who have recently qualified to join our ASYE programme.

The Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) is the term used to describe a year long programme of support to enable the NQSW to strengthen their professional confidence whilst they work in their first social work post. The worker will need to pass their ASYE to progress to a main grade social worker role. ASYEs will work together in pods as described above.

Salary: (NQSW) Grade 8 starting salary at £27,630 (subject to qualifying ASYE.  Once you have passed your ASYE you will move through the salary grade by yearly increments)
