37.0 Hours per Week

Based at our Asset Management Hub in North Solihull, you will work as part of a team responsible for providing a high quality customer service to all our customers.

Candidates should have the ability to provide support to all Officers, Advisors and Assistants within the Tenancy Sustainment Team who deliver multi operational functions that include the maintenance of the housing register, pre and post tenancy management and assisting with the letting of void properties in a timely manner.

You will be managed by a team leader who reports directly to the Tenancy Sustainment Manager. You will need to be able to prioritise and manage your own workload on a daily basis, manage enquiries, resolve any issues and have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills. 

You should also have a knowledge and understanding of housing allocations and tenure types.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
