Job Details
Our size means it is possible to shape your entire social work career in the Trust. You will have the opportunity to experience every aspect of social work; thus allowing you to progress in your social work practice; as well as the opportunity to forge out a managerial career.
As one of our Senior Social Workers; and the professional face of our relationship based, strengths-orientated family-led practice model; you will be responsible for a complex but manageable caseload.
We take pride in the joined-up nature of our work so you will be encouraged to develop robust partnerships with other service teams and outside agencies; to include the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.
This is an important role in our new organisation so naturally we are looking for you to have significant experience of working with vulnerable children, families, statutory bodies and voluntary agencies.
You must hold a recognised social work qualification and registration with the Health Care Profession Council.
