Head Teacher

Due to the retirement of our current Head Teacher, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Head Teacher who will have the drive, imagination and insight to lead this forward thinking and creative school. Outwoods Primary is a nurturing school which aims to ensure that every pupil achieves their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.

This role offers an excellent and exciting leadership opportunity.

We are looking for a Head Teacher who:

• Will maintain the vision and values of the school and build upon existing strengths and successes

• Provides dynamic strategic leadership focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring outstanding outcomes for our children

• Will share our values and continue to build partnerships with parents and the wider community

• Is visible, approachable and understands our community and the challenges presented to us

• Inspires and motivates pupils and staff to achieve their best in a nurturing and inclusive environment

• Drives the development of a creative curriculum which engages and challenges our children
