Independent Living Coordinator ( Full Time, Fixed Term)
Fixed term until 31 March 2020
We have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our front-line Housing Services team.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide housing management services to the residents of our Independent Living Schemes and enabling them to live independently and remain in their own homes.
You will be working within a small team promoting health and wellbeing with residents by assisting in organising events and activities to be provided in the communal facilities. Co-ordinating regular home visits and communicating with external agencies, relatives, care agencies and support workers.
