We are seeking a well-qualified and successful teacher of Business Studies who has the energy and vision to develop this subject. You will be joining a well-established subject team who both support and learn from each other.

The Business, Economics and Enterprise Department are both successful and dynamic working environments, with a team who have high expectations of both students and their staff.

Current courses are delivered to KS4 – Edexcel, and KS5 – AQA in Business Studies.

Results in 2018 were: 58% A* - C GCSE Business
52% A* - B and 87% A*- C A Level Business

It is expected that the successful candidate will have the ability to teach across both Key Stage 4 and 5 as well as have the ability to deliver Computing to KS3.

We are a heavily oversubscribed 11-18 rural school that was described by OFSTED (June 2017) as a good school where students achieve well and leave the school with results that are above the national average - all judgements were good.

Students are very well behaved and respond positively to our hard-working and highly committed staff. You will be joining the school at an exciting stage of its development.
