Hall Reps Scheme Assistant (Maternity Cover)
£20,209 gross per annum – 35.5 hours per week
The Hall Reps Scheme supports students to deliver and promote a timetable of events and activities for those students living in University of Birmingham residences.
The Hall Reps Scheme Assistant will support a team of student staff to develop and plan initiatives and events, and deliver a timetable of activities for students living in University of Birmingham residences, with a focus on increased participation and engagement. You will also promote positive relationships between students and promote the service of the Hall Reps Scheme.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of successfully delivering projects or events within budget along with experience of delivering training and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role will involve work evenings and weekends as appropriate, to ensure effective engagement with Hall Reps Scheme.
