Physical Activity Engagement Manager – LSL411
Band H (NSCP 24 – 28) £27,905 - £31,371 per annum pro rata
22.2 hours per week (Secondments considered, days / times can be negotiated)
Fixed Term to 31.03.20 initially, with the possibility of extensions up to 31.03.21 subject to confirmation of funding.

The post holder will work at a strategic level with local partners, including local leisure providers, Public Health and the voluntary sector, to ensure that our services help to reduce physical inactivity in our priority communities. They will also be responsible for ensuring that our new Information, Advice and Guidance digital resource meets the needs of partners and the public alike.  

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a physical activity, leisure or community development environment (or similar). The ability to build relationships with key partners and individuals is absolutely vital, as is a proven track record of influencing organisations to change their practices or culture to increase the engagement of key audiences.
