Staffordshire Educational Psychology Service is looking for ambitious, creative and reflective educational psychologists to help us support the authority following the recent Local Area Review Inspection which highlighted a number of areas for development.
We are respected and valued within the authority and we offer a mixed model of traded and centrally commissioned work including collaborative consultation, assessment, multi-agency and development work. The posts involve working with schools, Early Years settings and FE providers.
Staffordshire provides an attractive working environment with mixed urban and rural catchments. We are a friendly, supportive service that prioritises wellbeing, effective change management and the application of psychology.
We offer a flexi-time system, agile working, smart phone, laptop and access to administrative support, management and peer supervision and essential car user allowance.
We would like to recruit permanent, full-time main-grade Educational Psychologists to work in the Stafford, Lichfield, Burton and Newcastle districts.
All applicants must be eligible for HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist, or due to complete their training at the end of this academic year. We will also consider applications from trainee EPs entering the third year of their training in September 2019.
