The Governors of this popular and happy school are seeking to appoint a full time Class Teacher. This post will be based in Year 5 initially.

This position would be suitable for an NQT or experienced teacher who has a good knowledge and understanding of the curriculum and is able to combine this with a passion for learning and the ability to make a difference to children's lives.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to:


• be well organised
• be an excellent classroom practitioner
• have high expectations for the children’s attainment, progress and behaviour
• create a stimulating, positive and creative learning environment
• be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and be involved in the full life of the school
• be cheerful, enthusiastic and creative
