The ideal candidate should have good skills in general administration and will:
Have experience of general administration/clerical/financial work
Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Be able to identify work priorities and organise own workload to meet deadlines
Have attention to detail and accuracy
Be organised and have good communication skills
Have good numeracy/literacy/ICT skills
understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity at work
have the ability to use their own initiative in the work place
show commitment and reliability
recognise and respect the significance of the school’s Catholic ethos
be willing to work flexibly where required
