We are looking to appoint an exceptional, highly effective Clerical assistant who has high expectations and is keen to strengthen our established and successful office team. We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to take up this post to focus on ensuring that they play a role in the smooth, day to day running of the office.

You must be focused on offering a friendly and helpful service to our parents, families and partner agencies, and take pride in the quality of administrative services you will provide. We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and an excellent communicator. You must be able to work with the office team, children, parents, staff and governors.

Reliability, punctuality and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines are essential. Knowledge of CMIS is desirable, but not essential. A good level of literacy is essential. Duties will include: reprographics work, typing letters, contacting parents about absence; dealing with telephone and reception enquiries; photocopying, and general administrative support.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.

The successful candidate will be supportive of the catholic ethos of the school.
