Job Details

We are currently seeking a motivated and suitably skilled individual to join the leisure services team based at Phoenix Leisure centre

The successful candidate’ will be responsible for providing a range of reception and clerical duties within Leisure Services, in order to provide a high quality of customer care.

The successful candidate will work across an operational rota pattern that includes regular evening and weekend working.

A strong customer service background would be an advantage for this role

Relevant experience of working on a busy reception within a customer orientated environment is desirable with good interpersonal skills and customer communication skills.

Please note employees who are at risk will be considered first for this position. Only if an appointment is not made will other candidates be considered.
