Job Details
Required: 1 September 2019 or earlier if available.
Due to the promotion of existing staff, we are seeking to appoint an administrative officer to join our friendly team. You will need to be organised, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic, and able to contribute to the smooth and effective running of a busy school office.
The ideal candidate should have good skills in general administration and will:
• Have experience of Microsoft Office software and good numeracy/literacy/ICT skills
• Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Be able to identify work priorities and organise own workload to meet deadlines
• Have attention to detail and accuracy
• Be organised and have good communication skills
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity at work
• Have the ability to use their own initiative in the work place and show commitment and reliability
• Be willing to work flexibly where required
Work Pattern
37 hours per week, term time only + 5 training days.

Two references will be taken up for all short listed candidates prior to interview.
