The Governors of Holy Trinity CofE Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed, passionate School Business Manager to join our happy and successful school. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team which is ambitious for the success of all, where children have positive attitudes and a love of learning and where staff are valued and well supported by parents, the leadership team and governors.

Good interpersonal skills both face to face and on the telephone are essential. The ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of the school office are an essential feature of this post, together with a good sense of humour.

Our new School Business Manager must be particularly able to demonstrate

  • A commitment to support the development of whole school vision, ethos, aims, policies and practices.
  • To lead and manage staff to reach their full potential whilst setting high standards and leading by example.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills; being able to work to deadlines and implement areas of development identified by the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
  • Good at working under pressure and still smiling!
