The Governors of this happy and vibrant Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a positive and motivated non-class based Inclusion Lead to join our friendly and supportive team. The Governors are now looking to recruit a non-class based Inclusion Lead who is passionate about teaching and learning; with high expectations who is able to motivate our children to make good progress in addition to contributing to the continued strategic improvement of

this very popular, one form entry school.

We are looking for someone who:

 Will share in our inclusive vision and understand the importance of the Catholic Faith in the daily life of our school.

 Is committed to keeping our children safe.

 Has a proven track record of excellent inclusive practice ensuring the highest possible standards of achievement for all.

 Can fulfil the key responsibilities of an Inclusion Lead.

 Possesses a good sense of humour and the ability to keep things in perspective when faced with challenging situations.

 Can inspire our children to reach their potential and achieve their very best.

 Has excellent organisational and communication skills and is able to work collaboratively within a team that is unrelenting in its pursuit to raise outcomes for all.
