Job Details

Langley Primary wish to appoint an administrative assistant to join the office team. The hours will be 9am to 3.30 daily with a 1 hour lunch break. The work is mainly involving meeting visitors to the school and dealing with queries and requests. You would be the first point of contact so it is essential that you are friendly and approachable. Other parts of the role involve first day calling, answering incoming phone calls, photocopying, letter writing and resource checking.

This will be a busy and varied role and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of SIMS is desirable but not essential.You will work closely alongside the other Administrative Assistant and the Office Manager.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references.
