This role would be suitable for a teacher who has experience in the primary range whilst developing a range of reliable, successful teaching strategies that enable children to make accelerated progress from their starting points.

You will be innovative in your thinking of developing learner progress and be able demonstrate the impact of having responded to evidence and feedback from colleagues.
