This is an opportunity to join the dynamic and essential Placement and Resources Team within the Children, Families and Communities Directorate.The candidate will undertake a range of administrative tasks to enable the Placements and Resources support function to support the business needs of Children's Services. A major part of the role will be preparing for and taking the minutes of a weekly Resource Panel meeting. Accurate and detailed minute taking skills is essential along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role will involve liaising with senior managers within the service as well as providers, whilst supporting the team manage placements and contracts externally. Strong IT skills along with written and communication skills are all essential skills for the role.
