Bereavement Services are based at Oakley Wood crematorium and natural burial ground; a 21-acre site, located within the tranquil ancient woodland setting midway between the villages of Bishops Tachbrook and Wellesbourne.  The service also manages cemeteries in Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Milverton.

We are looking to recruit the Assistant Manager; a key position within the Bereavement Services Management team delivering the high quality, customer focused cremation and burial services.  You will need to have considerable bereavement service experience, ability and experience in managing staff and facilitating cremator operators training.

The post holder will be the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders and will manage the day-to-day operation of the bereavement team, cremators and grounds.

In return we offer a supportive environment in an organisation accredited with IIP, flexible working hours, the opportunity of joining a final salary pension scheme and on-going personal training and development.
