£22,462 - £24,799 per annum, (pro rata if part time)
Up to 37 hours per week

Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Council operate a shared legal service, with Bromsgrove as the employing authority. The Legal Officer-Property role is to provide assistance to the Property Lawyers and to process the administrative tasks associated with the property transactions. We are looking for someone with experience of this work, who has good organisational and communication skills and be able to work with minimum supervision. The post will be primarily based at the Town Hall in Redditch although the ability to attend both offices will be required.
