An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Headteacher who can inspire, lead and manage this warm and friendly school and build on its strengths. The Governors are looking for:

An enthusiastic leader with a proven track record of effective school improvement, to continue to drive the school forwards, to aim for outstanding.

An inspiration to the pupils, parents and colleagues.

An individual with the passion and experience to raise standards in all areas of the curriculum from Early Years (including provision for 2 year olds) to the end of Key Stage 2.

A determined individual committed to self-development and to the development of all staff.

An excellent communicator who can further school’s links with the local community and partner organisations.  

A confident and effective manager of people and finances.

An enthusiastic team player who considers carefully the views of others.

Experience of managing OFSTED inspections.
